GENERAL
 • RCA-ORA Anniversary Date is April 1
• All members of SCRC belong to ORA and RCA.
• All athletes competing at Canadian Henley must be registered by the RCA due date (June 23)   Alpha list of PAID UP members required for HENLEY Regatta registration
• All members receive RCA-ORA membership and insurance coverage
• Family reduction is available (3 or more members at the same address)
• Fee includes Captain’s Dinner provided March 2011 (SUMMER Competitive & Masters)
• Regatta entries will be determined by club (club sanctioned regattas)
• All other regatta entry fees will be the responsibility of the individual or crew (tentative: specify no. of events / regattas sanctioned/distinct summer and fall entry limits)

 NOTE
 • Club membership fees are NOT designed to eliminate deficit, Only to offset ongoing expenses
• FEES WILL INCREASE BY 10% PER WEEK AFTER DUE DATE. REFUNDS are available BUT must be requested by email. Amount refunded will be pro-rated.  There will be a $25 administrative fee.
• Fully paid memberships by respective due dates eligible for DRAW  for a free membership

SUMMER ORIENTATION
will take place above the workshop on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 between 5-7pm
 If you have already registered online (no line-ups) you should come and meet your coach, receive your training schedule and pickup your singlet

FALL ORIENTATION
will take place in front of Bay 5 on Thursday, Sep 9, 2010 between 4-5pm
